The exercises
Squats: working your quads, hamstrings and glutes
Burpees: a full body exercise!
Plank: core stability
The workout
- 10 x body weight squats
- Rest 10 seconds
- 10 x burpees
- Rest 10 seconds
- Hold the plank for 30 seconds
- 1 set complete! Repeat 3-5 times.
Alternative:
- Set a timer for 30 seconds and complete as many reps of squats
- Take a 10 second rest, then move on to burpees for 30 seconds
- Rest for 10 seconds again, then hold the plank for 30 seconds.
- 1 set complete! Repeat this 3-5 times.
