Our Bootcamps in Barnsley have gone from Strength-to-Strength since launching them in Summer 2016.
We now run over 70 sessions per month, 6 days a week, with both morning and evenings to choose from.

Our sessions are designed for every ability too, so you don’t have to have tons of gym experience to fit in!

We don’t believe in syns, points or banning your favourite chocolate, wine and takeaways.
When you join us we’ll help you set up a “diet” that is tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle .. making achieving your results much easier.
You’ll also get full access to over 500+ tasty recipes, from Pizzas and Curries to Breakfasts and Sweet Treats 🍕

At Barnsley Barbell we firmly believe that you should give us a try before you commit to joining us.
Despite us having no joining fees and no minimum commitment period (just 30 days notice to cancel), we welcome you to try us out for 2 weeks.
