Barnsley Barbell was founded in 2016 and over the past 6 years we’ve helped 100’s of men and women create transformation results.

Running over 6 days, our sessions are ideal for all ages, abilities and experiences. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger or increase your confidence, we can definitely help you out.

Our bootcamps contain a mix of weight and cardio based exercises, both indoors and outdoors at our facility in Oakwell.

In our sessions we coach you to ensure you have the correct form and technique. Many of our members have never step foot in a gym before – so prior experience is definitely not essential!

We have an exclusive Bootcamp support group to help you along your journey, as well as recipe books, nutrition and dietary guidance as well as 1-1 WhatsApp check-ins to keep you on track.

What is the difference between the various classes?

  • Strength & Fitness Bootcamp

    Aimed to help you become stronger, fitter and build your confidence in key areas of lifting weights.

  • Circuit Training Bootcamp

    A combination of weight and cardio-focused exercises in varying circuit style training sessions.

  • Core & Cardio

    Forget shredded 6 packs. We’re talking all types of core work to help you in day to day life, carrying over into all styles weight training for maximum benefit. The class is also mixed with cardio intense exercises to help build up your cardiovascular fitness and stamina.

  • But which is best for fat loss?

    All of our sessions will help you lose fat, get stronger and tone up. Once you become a member we’ll support you with everything else you need to know to lose weight.

Our unit is based in Oakwell at the Mount Osborne Business Centre, Oakwell View, S71 1HH

Each session is 45 mins, including a warm up and a cool down

Yes! We love helping people out. Everyone is welcome to come along. Simply work at your own pace.

Our bootcamps provide a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment. As coaches, we show you exactly how to do each exercise so you feel comfortable in training and we also have a good laugh along the way!

We also offer 1-to-1 private sessions, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting Coaching, strongman sessions and monthly PT.

As part of your bootcamp membership you’re also welcome to come along to all our events including our BBQ’s, meals out, Christmas meal and any walking/hiking we do.

At Barnsley Barbell we offer an all-inclusive membership. This includes access to over 50 sessions per month, our exclusive support group, our LIVE videos, weekly/monthly support emails, all of our current and future recipe books, entry to all of our workshops, alongside email/WhatsApp support from Barnsley Barbell coaches – 7 days a week.

It is a rolling month system so you have the freedom to leave bootcamp whenever you no longer require our help! However, we find that most of our members stick around and make bootcamp a part of their life!
