Strongman Training

Every Saturday morning at Barnsley Barbell  we run a 90 minute strongman training session. This starts at 11am and is suitable for all abilities and levels of experience.

We give you free reign over the type of lifts you do, as it is a period of time where we get out the kit for you and let you get to work.

We have specialist strongman equipment including a yoke, log, axle bar and farmers handles. We also have ropes, a prowler, a sled, harness and regular 20kg lifting bars.
