At Barnsley Barbell we do personal training a little different, starting off with full privacy. In our 1-to-1 sessions, you have exclusive use of the gym, whereby you are our only priority.

Every session is tailored towards your own individual goals. We also provide nutritional guidance and full support outside of your sessions to help get you closer to your end goal.

The thing is, we really do care about your progress and how well you do. So much so that we only take on a limited number of clients, to ensure we can provide the best service possible to you.
