Powerlifting Coaching

Whether you are wanting to learn about Powerlifting or simply need your technique tweaking, at Barnsley Barbell we offer 1-to-1 Powerlifting coaching.

In your session you will be coached by a Level 2 GBPF coach on the squat, bench press and deadlift movements. We have a keen eye for detail and will ensure your form is perfected and necessary feedback for improvements are delivered to you.

Where required, we also provide you with a programme to follow outside of our sessions, for example at home or at your own gym.

Powerlifting Competition Prep

If you have a Powerlifting competition coming up, or you’d like to enter one in the future, we also offer competition prep to get you ready for the day.

This would include private coaching sessions, technique analysis and improvement, alongside a fully tailored training programme directly suited to your goals and your upcoming competition.
