Barnsley Barbell is a private personal training & fitness facility offering 1-to-1 coaching as well as bootcamps to help you lose weight, gain muscle or perfect your technique. We aim to help improve your health, strength and lifestyle through:

  • Exercise – whether it is 1-to-1 training, bootcamps or a tailored programme

  • Nutrition – a helping hand so you know what but also how you should be eating
